BODYPUMP: This addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Where muscle and music collide! Focusing on high repetition movements with low weight BODYPUMP ™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
BUTTS & GUTS & UPPER CUTS: Strengthen, tone, and condition your body from head to toe! Get ready for body weight exercises, plyometric drills and weight training to help mix up your normal routine! Work the major muscle groups of your upper and lower body during this total body workout - plus enjoy abdominal work, and stabilize and strengthen the core muscle groups. Never the same class, from week to week .... will always be changing and challenging you!
E HITT: This HIIT class is a beast! It's challenging, but it is fun! It is a training technique which involves intense bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by varied periods of low-intensity active rest, or complete rest. HIIT can be a great option for staying in shape when time is an issue, as you can get an amazing fat-burning workout. All levels are welcomed and modifications are shown.
FOUNDATION: (Your Core) Did you know... A core exercise is an exercise that targets any one of the 29 muscles found in the core. The core is made up of two systems: stabilization and movement. When performing core exercises you want to stabilize before attempting movement the basis of all stability and movement. Fill the gap between your cardio and strength routine. Come out and strengthen your Foundation!
BUNS,GUNS & CARDIO MIX: This class will incorporate strength training in a fun and challenging way. Full body workout using various equipment - Dumbbells, Balls, Benches, Bars and just your own body weight. It will help define the muscles in your upper and lower body. A great variety of exercises that will never be the same for each class and will create a challenging and anticipated class for all fitness levels.
POWER FUSION: (Yoga/Pilates) Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration on breath control. Provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. Based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. Experience the calming and peaceful effects of Power Fusion. Beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcomed!
SILVER & FIT: Silver&Fit® It is not just for the "Silver & Fit" but for all fitness levels! For the moderately active enthusiasts who exercise in some way one or two days per week. The class is designed to increase the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Any age or any fitness level this class will provide you personally with a challenging workout!
SPINNING: Fat-blasting sprints and thigh-trimming climbs to deliver the slim-and-sculpt punch of a studio session anytime. Pair it with this high-energy playlist, performing intervals to the chorus of your favorite songs, and we guarantee you'll forget you're riding solo. All levels of fitness will benefit from this class!
SPIN INTERVAL: You can get in-and-out of the gym and still have the same benefits of your long rides by saddling up for bouts on high intensity class that blends a basic spin with strength training off the bike for a total body workout. Spin bikes are moved from the spin studio to the fitness room.
STEP: Using a height-adjustable step, occasional dumbbells and single movements on, over and around the step which offers a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels. It provides a cardiovascular workout to improve heart and lung health and burns calories. Incorporating both upper and lower body movements together will improve your coordination and agility, and the constant push up on to the step will increase leg strength.
ZUMBA: Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape with Zumba®. Participants will think they are at a party rather than exercising. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class is fun and easy to do!
