CLASS DESCRIPTIONS 

SPINNING:  45 Minute stationary group bike ride.  Instructor will take participants on an imaginary road course consisting of  hills, cruising, and sprinting.  This is an upbeat, intense interval training class.  All levels of fitness will benefit from this class.

BODYPUMP:  1 Hour strength endurance weight training class where muscle and music collide. Designed to give maximum results in the shortest amount of time by working your entire body.  Low on complexity but high on fun. 

YOGA:  Refer to separate YOGA page on website for rates.  Call 367-3327 for schedule.  Any other questions regarding yoga contact Stephanie at csweav5@aol.com.

BUTTS & GUTS:  1 Hour toning workout invovling dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls and mat work. 

SILVER & FIT:  A low impact class of strength, stability and endurance. 

ZUMBA:  1 hour of calorie buning, high intensity latin dancing.  Participants will think they are at a party rather than exercising.  This class is fun and easy to do. 

SPARTA:  Ever see the movie "300"?  The actors achieved their chiseled bodies doing a series of high-intensity exercise each lasting 60 seconds with only 10 seconds rest in between.  The routine involves strength training, kick-boxing, pilates and plyometrics.  The fast pace means great cardio for improved stamina and fat burning.
