CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SPINNING: 45 Minute stationary group bike ride. Instructor will take participants on an imaginary road course consisting of hills, cruising, and sprinting. This is an upbeat, intense interval training class. All levels of fitness will benefit from this class.
BODYFLOW: 55 Minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental well being. Each class follows a sequence of exercise disciplines and is made up of simple though challenging exercises and relaxation and meditation. A nice blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.
BODYPUMP: 1 Hour strength endurance weight training class where muscle and music collide. Designed to give maximum results in the shortest amount of time by working your entire body. Low on complexity but high on fun.
BUTTS & GUTS: 1 Hour toning workout invovling dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls and mat work.
MORNING MIX: A low impact class of strength, stability and endurance.
ZUMBA: 1 hour of calorie buning, high intensity latin dancing. Participants will think they are at a party rather than exercising. This class is fun and easy to do.
